Anybody else like the over on turf in the dome???

Michael Vick was really impressive against GreenBay. He's extremely fast. Listened to the game on the Packers network and they were talking a lot about his smart decision making and athleticism. Can't wait to see Vick and Warrick Dunn run on the artifical turf at the Georgia Dome.

It may be a little early to start pounding stats but I think there are some solid numbers here.

Atl & Chi are 1-2 in the NFC in offensive Yards per Pass. YPP is usually a great stat for measuring offensive potential.

There is cause for concern for the defenses..both teams couldn't stop the run last week. Chi gave up 136 & Atl 211.

Chi is 11th and Atl is 14th in in the NFC in defensive YPP

I wouldnt worry about Chicago stopping the run, they were #2 in the league last year and didnt lose any of there front 7 (except Daniels, whose injured). They have always had success against Warrick Dunn as well. But the "over" does look pretty good however. The Bears had trouble with McNabb (a scrambling QB) in the playoffs, but should have some schemes to combat that. The Bears have a lot of weapons, more than people think. I think the Bears top 4 receievers are top 4 as a unit in the NFL. Philip Buchanon being out really helps the over, as Shoop should air it out a bit more. And with R.W. McQuarters out for the Bears, the Falcons should air it out more as well. Well see. Im thinking about playing the over, but I think the stronger play is the Bears +3. Good luck on whatever you decide...

too easy

too easy

Bears +3 looks too easy.

When you hear yourself thinking, "The Bears won 11 games last year, made the playoffs, and now they're getting 3 points!!! Wow!! What a bargin!! How could the oddsmakers make such a mistake??

Thats when you're in trouble. It looks too easy.

Every bettin' Joe anywhere looks at this line and wants to bet Chicago.

Like too much the Bears +3, I think the line is made like a mistake, but is do it by the game at Green Bay, Atlanta was away and was the home opener of the packers, not a big deal, Bears to win the gamE!!
