They sold out a few years back, I wouldn't call them craft any longer, especially 312, that's their flagship that is mass produced. They have some other brews that are more fitting if the craft label.

Old Style is now owned by Miller SAB and contract brewed in Texas.
Rumor has it that the LaCrosse Brewing Co is brewing the original Old Style recipe as their flagship LaCrosse Lager.

This must be some new trend of re-establishing the 'original recipe' for some of these beers, I know Schlitz did this a few years back and have heard of a couple others doing it.

and by the way, Dunc hasn't responded in awhile. I'm guessing he called her out and she decked him. Sorry for getting you in trouble bud.

It's a vacation spot for you. I go out all the time on vaca . . . .

And just so Andy and Cris know, 312 is Chicago's area code. That's why the mega-brew posing as a craft beer used it.

Cris know 312...............and 773 and 224

Cris knows a lot.

Cris simply said that 312 sells the most of what some consider to be craft beers, including the apricot raspberry shit Bobby drinks.

The college kids today think its totally hip and cool to be drinking our Grandfather's choices of beers--there is a bar in Des Moines right behind the I-Cubs stadium that serves nothing but Schlitz, Old Milwaukee, Old Style, etc.
Across the parking lot is a place called the El Bait Shop that has a fishing theme that serves great Mexican food along with a couple hundred :scared craft beers ---quite the scene on a home game night in the summertime....

Cris doesn't have any peeps with that area code yo.

You must be out of touch with the drug dealers and call girls, they are the one that keep changing their digits, thus requiring the new #'s.

I would hook you up the next time you are here, but I'm headed to the 720 so likely of no use.

Looks like a pretty cool place. Only thing I worry/wonder about joints like that, is how often are the beers cycled and taps cleaned? 120 beers on tap, there has to be a few that only have a few pints ordered a week. Would guess the slow movers get put on special but never sure how long they are sitting there.
