OAKLAND RAIDERS +4 - While the on-field performances of these teams this year do not support this play, I simply can not resist taking the Raiders as a home underdog, especially at more than a field goal. Oakland has not been an underdog at home since the tail end of the 1999 season, and they are 18-13, 58.1% ATS and 24-7 S/U at home since the start of 2000, winning by an average of 11.5 points! They are a perfect 2-0 S/U at home this season, and even though they failed to cover either victory, that does not matter now that they are dogs. I am well aware that the Chiefs are 6-0 on the year, and 3-0 ATS on the road following their exhilarating comeback at Green Bay last week. However, I feel that will only make the Raiders that much more inspired, as they need a big win like this vs. a marquis team to get their season back on track. The fact that this game is in the Monday night spotlight is an added bonus. Finally, let us not forget that Oakland has dominated this head-to-head series, winning 6 of the last 7 meetings overall including the last 3 in this stadium, including a 24-0 whitewashing last season.

i got'em at +6...the local had 22 straight calls on K.C.....
he raised the line 3 times to 5, 5' and now at 6

the question is how long do you think a team of like oakland will continue too play badly.

surely they have to snap out of the funk and it will happen...probably tonite.
