SEATTLE SEAHAWKS ?3 - I cashed a nice ticket with a hungry Chiefs team last week, but now the shoe is on the other foot and it is their opponents from Seattle that are looking to redeem themselves after a poor performance. The Seahawks could do nothing right in last week?s 21-7 loss at Indianapolis, and you could bet that coach Holmgren will have them ready to play this week. They did win their pre-season home opener comfortably 20-7 over San Diego, and I expect a similar performance this time. This is also historically the week when Seattle plays its regulars a little longer, which accounts for their sparkling 16-3 ATS record the last 19 pre seasons in week #3! The Chiefs rebounded from a bad home loss to San Francisco by handling Minnesota 26-16 last week. They now hit the road for the first time this pre season, and they just don?t figure to have the same motivation as the home-standing Seahawks in here.
