Kansas City area for who knows how long....
He skipped a start with a blood blister that limited him to 3 inning in last game. The heat and humidity forecast for game time today sure ain't gonna help, might keep me off Cinci.

from official site:

CINCINNATI -- The Reds will hold their collective breath Saturday as Danny Graves faces the Philadelphia Phillies.

Maybe, just maybe, Cincinnati's on the brink of solidifying its starting rotation, despite the elbow tendinitis that has landed John Riedling on the disabled list. Jimmy Haynes and Ryan Dempster are coming off strong outings and Paul Wilson has been consistent all season.

Graves had matched Wilson's consistency, lasting at least seven innings in six consecutive outings before a blister on his right middle finger limited him to three innings on June 5 against the Yankees.

That blister explains the Reds' concern. Should Graves reclaim his effectiveness, the Reds will rest easy.

"I've told you for the last few days that I'm pleased with what's happening with the staff," Reds manager Bob Boone said. "The key with that is Danny staying healthy." If Graves struggles with his blister again, Cincinnati's braintrust will have to scramble for alternatives while finding a way to heal him.
