Last night was good to me at 5-1 so let's see if I can bring that back to tonight's game and dissect it.
I find it interesting that the "Sharps" are on the Spurs and the public is on the Suns and this line has been moving all over the place 2-3 etc. I know everyone is making a big deal about the officiating tonight but I am not going to bite on it.......it's under a big microscope right now and Stern does not want attention or for a ref to be bigger than the game.
Same with the "Los Suns" issue, nice touch and I like it but not a major handicapping factor for me. Nice story line though.What I do find interesting is that the Suns put up 110 points all the time against the tough defense of the Spurs. The defense of the Suns is actually what impresses me this year--and the Spurs have trouble keeping Hill on the floor. They want him there for his offense but he cannot guard Nash, and when they switch to Parker on Nash it leaves mismatches down low for Hill.
I am going to stay away from the total for now but I am on the side.
