Cincy -.5 or SD +12.5 in teaser?

FWIW I have Cincy is several teasers. I just do not see SD winning this game on the road. I look at the way they played last week against a KC team resting 20+ starters and just do not see it.
Rivers might be the better QB but Cincy has the better receivers plus a two headed monster of a running game. Given the weather conditions I see Bernard being the most explosive player on the field.
