I used to ref OHSAA basketball, hard to believe that step out was missed, looked like two feet out to me, when the player is that close to the sideline you have to be aware of his feet. :shrug:

ECU should be called SUX. I've seen better tackling in PeeWee flag football. I believe they are in for a long season.
