I like Clemson for two reasons :
Reason one is their comparitive performance against Ga Tech ,
Clemson : 9/20/2003 @Ga.Tech W 39-3
NC State : 10/4/2003 @Ga.Tech L 21-29
Reason two is both teams are banged up but I think the toll is worst on NC State:
"The North Carolina State Wolfpack (4-3) picked up a big 31-24 victory over Connecticut on Saturday, but they also picked up three major injuries to their starting lineup. Renaldo Moses (DE), Ricky Fowler (G), and Lamont Reid (CB) will all be planted on the sidelines for Thursday's matchup with the Clemson Tigers (4-2).
North Carolina State gives up about 30 points every week, so seeing three starters hitting the sidelines is a nasty loss. And with Clemson, who is coming off a huge overtime win over Virginia, coming to town the Wolfpack knows it will be in tough on Thursday. This will be a test for us," senior wide receiver Jerricho Cotchery told The News & Observer. "We always said we had a lot of talent and depth on the team, where we can throw other guys in. Those guys will have to pick it up this week.
We're not talking one injury. We have a lot of injuries. But everybody will have to be ready, regardless of who plays, because Clemson will come in looking for revenge for last year,"
Only think that concerns me is Clemson just knocked a team out of the top 25 and they may want to rest on their laurels for a game.
Other opinions welcomed and encouraged.
