How much do you think it is going to help coaches get better salaries and more respect after seeing the shambles in Arkansas and In the NFL with NO. Really shows players or not you need a great coach to make it work. And although I know it wont have this effect maybe it would show some of these prima donna players who are always arguing with their coaches that they arent the shit they think that they are and they do need to be coached and cant do it on their own.
