so far 1-2 this week not to good going to San Antonio as a guest of Army for the UTSA-Army game .. Will wear my Army Black Nite hat,to warm for my Army hoodie and will sit in the army section but quietly will cheer for UTSA +8

Army and UTSA could have there 3rd string qb's starting today. Army's Anderson might start and be ready . UTSA Harris and backup Adkins are out so LSU transfer Narcisse starts last week and almost beats BYU. He was 17-20 with 3 td's UTSA has a good run defense and are athletic. They still have Sincere McCormick who I think is one of the best rb's in the country. Think Army defense will not see a more talented back all year.
Army is 4-1 playing an easy schedule ,Only loss was to Cincinnati Last week they played 0-3 Citadel and just escaped 14-9 .. Army couldn't do anything on offense vs a weak Citadel defense. With Anderson out and McCoy there best rb also out Army could not get its wishbone working. Think the Roadrunners are more athletic and hopefully watched the Citadel tape this week to see how an inferior team stopped the Army attack . Playing vs a wishbone with only a week to prepare is very tough on opposing teams. last yr Army won 31-13 but think Army even though was 4-8 had a better team and UTSA has won a few games and almost beat BYU last week And after watching BYU last night come back and destroy Houston ,Roadrunners have to be proud of that loss.
So Bama -2.5 over Tex St **
Really liked the Bobcats but Jags qb is back Trotter. Before Trotter got hurt he had 847 yds in his 1st 2 games. last week UAB beat Bama 42-10 w/o Trotter. Last yr So Bama lost 30-28 at Tex St. Trotter was 13-17 for 164 yds and 2 td's. They have a solid rb in Davis and a standout wr. Tx st has McBride a dual threat qb with great pocket awareness some solid wr;s and decent rb's I was taking the Bobcats +2.5 but the return of Trotter made me switch .. So Bama runs ball control and tex St defense will have trouble with it Close game though.

NT can score but cannot play defense. MT the same 1st team to 45 win the game 2nd team to score 40 loses the game but covers the over.

just bet against UMass 3 weeks ago their season was over Then they were told " we're on in 3 weeks ..we play Georgia.or Georgia East,or South or State " we really don't care we are playing somebody. Last year they were the worst team in the country. On defense last yr they gave up 69, 63,63,63,58,56,56,44 and 45. But the big question is who do they play next week There are no free teams to play so as we speak they are looking for some teams to play.
