YTD Record: 52-59 for -20.55 units

Starting out with:

G'Town Pick for 2 units - Hoyas definitely have had their games where their offense is just nonexistent. However, SJU has never really guarded them well so I expect them to get on track today.

I'm thinking the Illini +5' today. Thoughts?

actually was going to play small on Wiscy. I like Groce and what he's got out of the team so far, but think they are going to fade in conference play. Their D and rebounding is lacking a bit. They have been playing well offensively I just think Wiscy will be able to control them at home today.

Minny/Indy Under 145.5 for 1 unit
Cincy -4 for 1.5 units
Wiscy -5.5 for ? unit
IL-Chicago +7 for ? unit

FCP - I wouldn't say you necessarily had it wrong. I've been pretty wrong on the Chicago Horizon clubs. I go against them and they play well (we both know they can't play great). I go for them and they play like the below-average teams they are. Anyway, I thought today's game was going to be ugly so figure I would grab the points. I wasn't able to watch and only listened to the first 10 minutes on the radio and at that point UIC was down 7. Definitely didn't expect to get a cover out of this one.

Hawks need a win badly in the B10-is Marble playing today? They are a very good 0-3 in league play. They start 3 fresh and 1 soph-B10 has to be the toughest league going this year. GL

Sorry Hawk, was off line for a bit today. Obviously Marble played but I thought it was a decent play without him. I think Crawford being out is hurting Northwestern decently. Outside of Nebraska and Penn St, I just don't see them competing with anyone in the conference.

1-2 on the day only getting the Iowa play.

Adding:

Ville -7 2H for 1 unit - like the shooting stats to flip and the Cards keep the rebounding advantage.

3-0 on the night as Ville comes back in the 2nd half and turns up the D. For Tuesday:

Cincy -7 for 1.5 units - at the start of conf play I thought this game may be a good spot for DePaul as Cincy sometimes plays undisciplined and those are the type of squads DePaul can sneak up on. However, Blue Demons has 2 starters suspended from their last game for fighting each other. They will be back for this game, but the morale on this team is likely shot. Purnell is over-recruiting for the 3rd straight year and word is players know their spot on the team may not be there for next season, so you are likely to see a lot of selfish play. A physical team like Cincy that rebounds and plays good D should take advantage against a disjointed DePaul team.

Probably a play or two added tomorrow.

See the Cincy line went slightly the other way. Would have made it a larger play or add but there are a couple of things that worry me. One is DePaul having a week off and Big East teams w/ a week rest in conference play due well ATS. The other is Cincy isn't a good FT shooting team.

Adding:

ND/SJU Over 133 for 1 unit

Good info on DePaul. Thank you. I hadn't heard anything about this.

The 2 guys weren't high point scorers so easy to overlook, however the depleted D (what D DePaul does play) and lack of depth sure showed against UConn as they ran them silly.
