FSU at Duke


--FSU (13-13 straight up, 12-7 against the spread) will be looking to sweep the season series from Duke. The Seminoles captured a 75-70 home win over the Blue Devils as 11-point underdogs on Feb. 2.

--When these teams met in Durham last year, Duke collected an 80-49 win as a 26 1/2-point favorite.

--Leonard Hamilton's club is 2-8 SU on the road, 5-4 ATS.

--Duke (20-5 SU, 8-14 ATS) is unbeaten at home (15-0) but only 4-8 versus the number.

--Coach K's team should be in a foul mood after allowing a late double-digit lead to disappear in a 72-71 loss at St. John's as an 8 1/2-point 'chalk.'

--Las Vegas Sports Consultants opened Duke as a 16-point favorite.

Rutgers at St. John's

--Rutgers (12-14 SU, 13-10 ATS) is 2-8 SU on the road, but it has been a profitable 6-4 ATS.

--The Scarlet Knights snapped a four-game losing streak both SU and ATS by beating Notre Dame, 95-82, as four-point home underdogs.

--St. John's (13-12 SU, 13-9 ATS) is 7-6 SU at home, 4-7 ATS.

--Mike Jarvis may need to build on the win against Duke to save his job. He's on the hot seat in the Big Apple.

--This game will be played at Madison Square Garden.

--LVSC opened the Red Storm as six-point favorites.

--Oregon State (13-12 SU, 11-11 ATS) owns a 6-5 SU record on the road to go with an impressive 8-2 ATS ledger.

--The Beavers have lost six of their last seven against the number.

--OSU is off a 61-60 home win over USC as a 1 1/2-point 'chalk.'

--The Beavers are 6-1 ATS as road underdogs.

--LVSC opened Arizona (23-2 SU, 11-11 ATS) as a 23-point 'chalk.'

--Lute Olson's team is 12-1 SU at home, 5-6 ATS.

--Arizona is 6-5-1 ATS as a double-digit home favorite.

Memphis at Houston

--Memphis (20-5 SU, 15-9 ATS) is 6-3 SU on the road, 5-4 versus the number.

--John Calipari's club is one of the hottest teams in the country, compiling a 9-0 SU record and an 8-0-1 spread mark in its last nine outings.

--The Tigers knocked off Cincinnat at home last Saturday by a 67-48 count. The 19-point victory came as 4 1/2-point favorites.

--LVSC opened Memphis as an 11 1/2-point favorite.

--Houston (8-17 SU, 12-10 ATS) won two of three meetings between these schools last season, but Memphis prevailed earlier this year, 77-66. However, the Tigers failed to cover the spread as 19-point home favorites.

--The Cougars are 6-6 SU at home, 5-5 ATS. They are 4-5 ATS as home underdogs.

--Oregon (20-7 SU, 12-13 ATS) is 6-5 SU on the road, 5-6 versus the line.

--LVSC installed Arizona State (17-10 SU, 12-12) as a three-point favorite.

--ASU has some work to do for the Selection Committee. The Sun Devils are 10-3 SU at home, 6-5 ATS.

--Rob Evans' team has seen the 'over' emerge in five straight games. It has lost three in a row both SU and ATS.
