Halloween is almost upon us and you know that means this college football weekend is gonna be a weird one.

Idaho v. New Mexico State

Who knows? Who cares? Only hardcore gamblers and fans give a darn about this game.

Vandals have sputtered as the season has progressed whild the Aggies have been locked in neutral.

Idaho has had its problems w/ OL and that has meant a stagnant O. Run game has suffered thru inj. and is not much of a factor.

Fortunately, they face an NMSU stop unit that fails to stop O's. Aggies are slow and can' t pressure the passer - which bodes well for QB Wichman as he has been harrassed quite a bit of late.

Idaho is not much better on D. They also lack speed but can contain a moribund Aggie o that can't throw very well, much to HC Mumme's chagrin. Their best player is RB Buries tho WR Harris and inj receivers Dombrowski and Tolbert arre pretty good.

It may come down to which QB has the better game and I still think Wichman is a decent signal-caller and has a chance for a better game than Gill.

Vandals play hard for Holt if not nec. well...and that will hopefully be enuff. Potatoes aren't scary but they are tasty.

Late nite treat:

Idaho +5.5

Afternoon trick:

Iowa State +10.5

Friday Night Fright:

New Mexico -5
