San Jose State v. Utah State
Two new coaches for these programs with USU making the jump to the WAC this seasn.
San Jose has it's problems on both sides of the ball. They have some decent receivers and DB's but that's about it. I think HC Tomey can make some improvements but b/w the apathy and the poor facilities...I don't see this program improving too much.
Utah St. has installed the en vogue shotgun spread O and it suits QB Jackson. The Aggies have not been able to establish the run attack with anyone ohter than Jackson. Ags have solid WR's.
The D isn't horrible and it helps to have SJSU's inconsistent O to contend with. They should bottle up the Spartan - and I do mean spartan - attack, esp. the ground game.
Action Jackson will carry this O on his shoulders for the solid victory.
