College rules vs nfl rules

Do you think is good to have different rules?

What is the point of having them differently if more than 100 players are going to the nfl every year?

Why not to have same rules?

College I like pass interference 15 yrd penalty not a spot foul like nfl

I hate clock stopping everytime for a first down in college .
