I had SC -6 for the first Quarter so just lost the juice as I also had ov 13.5. Lee just went out of bounds with 9 secs in the Q.

I seem to recall a rule change that the clock starts after a 1st down but don't recall after a player goes out of bounds.

Is that accurate?
