Colorado State line dropping?

Anyone know what this is about? Began at 19 I think and is now at 15.5. I was on CSU at -19, but interested in whats going on. Anyone?:shrug:

I also like CSU in this one (see my separate thread). Public is on Alabama State, but not huge enough to cause a 3.5 line drop. Don't know what to make of it. CSU should run them off the court.
