If cleveland loses to green bay last week, the line here would be 17 or 18. Indy will put up 40 this game. Cleveland will have to get at least mid 20's to cover, not happening. Manning to feast on weak secondary. Any opinions???

Last week I had the Steelers huge. I actually even got kicked off the site for 2 days for giving the titan fans the finger. This week, anybody that mentions the browns should be kicked in the head. I have Indy by 24 pts. Very Very Very Big

I don't even have a comment on your pick, but you really should change your style or your stay at this site will likely be short. BTW, taking the biggest favorite on the board week after week is not generally the best way to go about beating the book. We'd all be millionaires if it was that easy.

The philosophy is to find a good game to bet on and run with it. Not b/c it is the favorite. Why bet on 6 maybe (if) games, when you have a game like this. Yes anything can happen on any given sudden. I am not saying that the colts can't be beat. I do however believe that statistically I have a better chance of laying the pts with this game than many others. This game will have plenty of people taking the clowns, just like so many played against Pitt last week. I think we are all entitled to our own opinions. Thanks for being "that guy" though!! Indy's D is amazing, and the browns D won't stop Indy. Just make your picks and keep your advise to yourself.

You mean you think YOU should be entitled to voice your opinion, and anyone else who does so should be kicked in the head, don't you?

Good luck taking all favorites and overs. You'll be rolling in money soon along with all the other rookies and squares who do exactly that.

I am not as old as you, therefore I don't need my statements recorded back to me. I also don't need veteran wannabees telling me (a rookie) what to do or what to say. Leave me alone. 13.5 pts is a lot for you to take, if you want to take them then do it. If you are not going to say anything intelligent about the Indy/Browns game, then why are you in his thread. He asked for opinions and I was siding with him. He didn't ask for haters to come in and be negative and offer no advise what so ever about the game. Honestly, WHAT IS IT THAT YOU BRING TO THIS FORUM THAT IS SO SPECIAL TO ALL OF US? Just b/c a few of you have been around for a while, and have your little friendship circle, doesn't mean that you guys can treat the rest of us like crap. There are a lot of people that don't give any opinions b/c of guys like you who won't let anyone else talk freely!

Anyway...this game is doing my head in. I've got a 7-0 trend since '89 that says Cleveland +14 is the play.
I agree, that after playing 2 very good defensive teams that Indi should put up some big numbers here, but how good do you tink their defense is?
And, Manning and co. haven't exacly been insync...

fwiw, I think that the line is spot on....looks every bit a 30-17 game to me.

Sorry it ended up in your thread Buddy, I wasn't talking to you.

Actually, I *don't* like the Browns. Was just responding to the mouthy guy in this thread.

Good luck with your play.

Buddyunderdog,

If you think the Colts can put up more than 28, you should be fine. Cleveland is 6-25ATS(19%) when they allow more than 28 pts. On the flip side Indy is 53-16ATS(77%) when they score more than 28.

Colts are definately capable of putting up over 28.

Browns pass Defense did not look that good against GB.
But Romeo knows the colts better than anyone, but they certainly
do not have the talent of the Pats.
Colts have not looked like themselves passing this year. They are due to break out though.
Mr. Christo is right the line looks dead on.
I'd stay away from this one

Indy looks like the better bet, but keep in mind this scenario:

Indy is winning by 14, they let the Browns have a worthless field goal and then the game ends. I would cry.:(

If Indy is up 14 Cleveland won't kick a FG--- they will need touchdowns

I would be careful with this one, I am just expecting a backdoor cover by cleveland. This is just too big a square bet to me, this line really should be 18 to 20 pts. I would stay far away from this one. I am seeing 86 percent on colts +14.
