Why doesit seem that the lack of participants in this forum has declined???
I look at the nba forum adn those guys are growing in numbers....

Lets keep up the good work and remember to work as a team, a bunch of great handicappers on this forum and all the info you could muster goes a long way.

Thanks

Don't worry about activity going down. It happens in every forum. NBA is only about 6 weeks in so it is the newest sport. I remember last year for bases everyone and their mom was talking about how great it was that the season was starting and that it was the best sport to win money at (which I believe is 100% true) but by season's end there were only a few handfuls of posters and everyone was pining for the NFL.

Like someone said above, this forum is about quality. I think the overall quality of the hockey cappers here is amazing. I don't tend to play a lot of the same games as a lot of you because I play dogs rather than chalk, but I know you guys are solid.

I have found that it is easy to get burned out betting hockey day in and day out. That may be what you are seeing. I needed a bit of a break and the same thing happened around this time last year to me. Crunching the numbers day in and day out, keeping up with all the team activity, who is hot, who is not, goalie starts, etc is very time consuming and can be quite a grind. I think if you can't put in the time to look at all that goes into games on a daily basis it can have an affect on how well you do. Just talking from my own experience. I don't what to assume everyone feels like that.

I agree, quality not quantity is fine by me too.

Enjoy and good luck.

Thanks for the great feedback guys, its just that I thought we would all stick together as a family this year and I seee some have drifted away for whatever reason (I hope its family).

But your right, its all about quality, not quantity.

Going to sleep now, going to work 84 hours from this Monday to Saturday, need REST.

Finally, Nick Douglas your comment about all of us here being solid cappers is so right. Never seen a forum with so many quality cappers.
