such gripping reading is sure to wake me up this morn.

I miss the sharp and quirky quotes from Greenspan.


Bernanke even drones on in this statement defining "core inflation"---as if anyone who has the inclination to read thru this wouldn't already know that.

Also, every new fed chairman goes thru tough learning process on how his statements can cause confusion and market jitters. Looks like Bernanke is still learning.
