depends on the file

google the file name and you should find instructions on how to get rid of it ( most likely going into your registry)

I am no computer guru so take this for what it is worth.

Sometimes you can delete the file directly from your virus scan. I have run into instances where McAfee would not let me delete the file so I tried in Windows Explorer. Still couldn't delete the file. I went into dos mode and successfully deleted it.

Mcafee deleted the file when it finished scanning but heres another question.

It will say some files are potentially unwanted files-what does this mean? amd how do i get rid of those files?
