I sometimes get pictures sent to me by e-mail where I have to download the attachment. When I try to send it out, to madjacks for example, I select all from the Edit section and the words will transfer but not the picture.
Can anybody out there help me out?
Thanks-

I'm not sure that I am following you exactly, but are you asking how can you post a pic that you have downloaded into your computer?? If you are, you can't. It has to be on a server somewhere, or you can upload to some other site. If this isn't what you were wanting, I apologize. If it is on a server, use the IMG tags when you want to post a pic.

I have never done it like that, but I am sure there are some on here who have. I would also like to know how to upload a pic to a site. Good Luck

1st, you need to sign up (it's free).

then click on "web shell"

this is where you can upload your pics on their server so you can post them here for later.

when you have uploaded the pics, what you want to do is open them. you need to highlight the name of the pic and click on "view". from there you can copy the address to the pic.

let me know if you have any problems.

Everything went fine Monk, as far as getting the file loaded into angelfire. Now, how do I get it onto a my thread? I tried Edit-Copy but couldn't get the picture into it. Only words.

If you want to share pics, you should try Yahoo or ask your ISP. Most ISPs provide free webspace and you can put pictures on there...

Anyways, once you have the picture(s) uploaded someplace on the Internet you can post them in threads by clicking on the IMG button seen above next to the @ button and # button.

Werd

it's real simple cisco.

find the picture in your angelfire directory that you want to post. Highlite the pic and click on the "View" button next to Files in the same gray box. Once you have the picture open, you need to highlite the address bar, right click and choose copy.

then from here, click on the IMG button and right click and paste the address inside the window.

that should do it. GL
