Computer problem........Help

When I go to Google and type example
"Tiger Woods" or anything

I get multiple web pages but when I click on a link I get a web page that is and ador some other stuff that is not even remotely related.......like
Asianwomen or something like that...........

I have run a malware program but still have it......I have also ran spotbot.......to know success.......

Help...........

Maybe if you type in Asianwomen you will get Tiger Woods?

try performing a system restore back a couple days

This will likely fix the issue. We have been having a lot of spyware problems on our machines and sometimes can't fix it with any of the cleaners. so we have been doing system restore, fixes it in under 10 min.
