Computer Problem, Mouse Button

I have a problem with my mouse button clicks.

every time i click on a pdf once to rename, move etc......the pdf automatically opens as if i clicked the button twice. i realize this is petty but becoming very annoying.

anyone help please?

try right clicking it??? and keep in mind that i am NOT the one that should be trying to answer questions such as this....LOL
