Got in office this morning and computer running slower than shit in all areas. DSL connection says very good. Tried to go back and restore settings at 3 diff dates and and will not let me?
--any other suggestions??

Did you clean spyware off of it using Spybot and/or Adaware?

Yep did that--did virus check--did everything I know. It took almost three minutes to open this thread.

Been trying to install window updates to see if that helps and its taken bout 2 hours and 30% down loaded. Sure got me stumped.
Got tons of virtual memory but physical memory appears about 80% capacity.
