I bought a new dell a few months back, I had an old dell, but I kept the monitor from my old dell and use it with the new one, the only problem is everytime I turn it off and then turn it back on, the settings for the monitor always go back to 800 X 600 or whatever it is that makes the icons so huge, I hate that, and I always have to go in to the control panel to change it how I like it. I have updated the driver but that didn't work. Anyone have any ideas? :shrug:
