I recently had a downloading problem getting explorer 6.0 to completely install. Called microsoft and after about 2 hrs of doing "whatever" finally got it downloaded snf installed. Cost me $35 for there time. Now I can't change the "cookie" setttings no matter what I seem to try. Any suggestions or do I need to call Microsoft again?

Take care

Bucky

Do you have a popup blocker or firewall? If so, try turning them off and then try to change your settings. Tools/Options/Privacy. Uncheck Block popups.

Also, you might try going to Tools/Options/ Privacy/Advanced and check "override automatic cookie handling" and then change the settings.
