Clearly, I was on the wrong side on this one. A few observations:
1. Quincy Carter is the worst starting QB in football, and its not close. This focker will force the ball into coverage at every chance, make ridiculously poor reads, and has happy feet. And you would think with his speed/athleticism, he could make some plays on his feet. It would be his only redeeming quality if he actually had it.
2.Emmitt has lost it. Runs that he would have broken wide open a few years ago are now 3-6 yard runs. He has no wiggle left, and has been reduced to put his head down and fighting for 4 yard games.
3. Dom Capers > Dave Campo. Campo will get a pink slip before this season is done. His playcalling is weak, his QB has not improved. Capers had his team playing amazingly well for an expansion team. Not surprising considering his history, but I expected at least a handful of turnovers and mistakes.
4.Cowboys have no talent at the skill positions, they'll be lucky to win 6 games. Carr, on the other hand, is going to be very good.
