I bet UConn on Tuesday -24'. The line is going down. Didn't figure this to happen. In the BC game, UConn racked up more yardage, had more 1st downs and won the time possession battle. Why did they lose? They had 3 interceptions and missed 2 FG within 35 yds. I don't see these mistakes happening against Buffalo.
Colgate, last week, had 621 TY to Buff 243. I think UConn will be calling the shots. I also believe that if they had beaten BC this line would be over -28+. I also don't believe in the sandwich theory here (VTech next week), these huskies will be playing for it all on Sat.
Someone, PLEEEEEZE, tell me if I'm wrong in thinking this way.

UConn could call off the dogs in the second half if they get up. With Va.Tech on tap, why risk injuries to your top players against Buffalo? If they wanted to, UConn could cover double that number, but you will probably see a lot of walk-ons and scrubs getting significant PT in the second half, and that could lead to a backdoor by Buffalo. That is the only real risk of making a play on UConn.

This is a home game for Buffalo, so Conn. will only get to take so many players. If it was in Conn. all the scrubs and walkons would play, but unless something has changed they are only allowed so many players on the traveling squad.
