contrarian play on Cubs Under

Looking strongly at Cubbies Under 11.5
Over/Under record when wind blowing out to Southwest between 10-20 is 2-6.
I am concerned about the ump's over/under record of 17-11 though.
Any thoughts?

I don't think this is such a bad idea. The Cubbies are a weak hitting team (Sosa excepted, of course), and FLA have pretty much given up on the season.

I'm just playing the Cubbies, but the under looks OK, at least to my basic way of thinking.

The ump in this situaton is pretty nuetral. However, anytime the line is above 10 in Wrigley they are looking for a over. Good luck
