They definitely could be, but scientifically these things can't happen, so I question why people believe it did happen?
Let's begin here:
sci?ence [sahy-uhns] noun
1. a branch of knowledge or study dealing with a body of facts or truths systematically arranged and showing the operation of general laws: the mathematical sciences.
2. systematic knowledge of the physical or material world gained through observation and experimentation.
3. any of the branches of natural or physical science.
4. systematized knowledge in general.
5. knowledge, as of facts or principles; knowledge gained by systematic study.
Is it possible for you to imagine:
Someone who never had a beginning?
Someone who will never have an end?
Someone who is all knowing?
Someone who is all powerful?
Someone who exists beyond the realm of logic and reason?
Someone whose ways of doing things are unsearchable?
Is it possible for you to imagine:
There are things you (or any other mortal, even SCIENTISTS!) are not entitled to know.
That you were created for Someone else's pleasure?
That science has a usefulness but is limited in scope?
There is a way to connect with this Someone which defies science?
