It looks like the days of easy money on Coors unders may be over. Here's some recent matchups and the final LV total:

5-14 Beckett/Neagle 12
5-15 Burnett/Jennings 11.5
5-17 Glavine/Thomson 10.5

today: Tankersley/Jennings 10u

Today's total is a heartbeat from 9.5, which would be 2 full runs less than the total for Jennings' last start last Wednesday. I don't know much about Tankersely, but I doubt he is better than Burnett.

I wonder if the Rockies equipment staff had been pounding the unders since last July.

Today they are down to 9.5 so it should be interesting to see if the scores start to rise. Nowhere does it say they HAVE to use the humidor. If the scores start to rise, we may get value w/the overs for a week or so. It took a lot longer for them to finally drop the numbers, and when they did it was very gradual.

humidor or no humidor...

I will take the over at 9.5 in any game Mike Hampton pitches in Coors. I know the totals have been dropping and have been around 10-10.5 and rightfully so. Maybe it's a sucker bet but I feel it's good value and at +100 for the over, worth a shot. Heard a rumor he may be traded to the Red Sox, so hopefully he doesn't try to show off tonight and actually pitch good.
