Browns QB Johnny Manziel pulled over by police, admits to drinking

Johnny Manziel, who spent 10 weeks last offseason in a rehab facility, was pulled over Monday evening by Avon (Ohio) police during a domestic dispute, and alcohol was involved.

According to the police report obtained by News Net 5 Cleveland, Manziel and his girlfriend, Colleen Elizabeth Crowley, were drinking but not charged.

The details:

According to the report, a witness called police after seeing Manziel's white Nissan use the shoulder of the road to pass her at a high speed.

The witness told police the couple was arguing and Crowley attempted to exit the vehicle while they were on the road.

In the report, both Manziel and Crowley admitted they were having an argument and Crowley threw a wallet out of the window.

The report stated the couple then stopped the car in an Avon neighborhood and continued arguing. That's when a second witness called police.

Police noticed an abrasion on Crowley's arm and determined it was caused when Manziel tried to prevent her from getting out of the vehicle while it was on the road.

Police didn't think Manziel or Crowley were intoxicated to the point where they should be charged, and Crowley told officers that she didn't want to press charges against Manziel. Both Manziel and Crowley left the scene in Manziel's vehicle.

"the bunker"
something interesting I noticed....of the 5 unbeaten teams left so far, only new England has beaten a team with a winning record to this point(buffalo).....of the two 4-1 teams, atlanta has beaten the giants...that`s it...

with the exception of Denver, they`ve all had at least equal the number of home games as away games...Carolina`s had 2 each but their schedule is putrifying weak to this point(jax,Houston,n.o. and tampa bay)...... ...

not all the successful teams` opponents were expected to stumble(not saying theres some sort of scheduling conspiracy...some teams expected to be good have stumbled though in truth,in some cases, their schedules have been much tougher),but the teams that are at or near the top have had fairly fortuiotous scheduling even if by happenstance and I`m not sure that teams that are undefeated (or almost undefeated as in the case of Atlanta and Arizona) are quite as impressive as they may seem at first glance...the pats, bengals and packers seem to be as good as advertised...the rest might be a tad overrated(or maybe not "quite" as good as their record may indicate).......

all I`m saying is that records can be misleading and might warrant a closer look...but,the fact that some have had fortuitous scheduling and played some teams that have underachieved along the way doesn`t change the fact that these teams have established serious momentum that can be very important going forward...
