This is the 2nd day that I have had trouble getting in their site. Is anybody else haveing this much trouble?

You might try giving them a call. I once had a problem which turned out to be my computer. Anyways, this guy Jesse really helped me out by patiently (I'm not exactly what you would call computer literate) walking me through the necessary corrections. Excellent service. Their service number is 1-800-596-8946. Give it a try.
