OMG....fit for a king....absolutely melts in your mouth.
4 hour crockpot steak stew, easy peasy.

Took 2.5 lb Sirloin Tip cut up into 2-2' inch cubes shook in bag of cup flour and tspn salt and tsp pepper.

Heat deep fry pan with third cup oil (I used grapeseed)

Brown seasoned flour covered Sirloin on ALL sides till WELL browned.

Crock pot on high with 32 ounces carton beef broth and one clove garlic diced.

Add Sirloin, one medium yellow onion to pot.

3 hours later on high, add potato chunks to pot (2 big russets) boiled. (keep hot water)
Add one package of frozen veggies of your choice, to kept hot water, add veggies to pot, discard water.
Add 3 tablspns A-1 steak sauce (to taste)

cook another hour or so on high or check meat for desired degree of tenderness.. thank me later..
