ASU Superstar Chad Prewitt has a torn ligiament in his elbow. He says he will play but he can barely lift his arm. I still see ASU -2.5, if you can for the time being while asu is still favored bet CAL. NO PREWITT ASU has no chance. Leading rebounder in the pac-10 last year Awvee Storey and the teams top 3 point shooter are also extremely quesioable althouigh all may play. For Cal Shantay Leggans is doubtful and they are better off anyways when dennis gates runs the point

line is up at olympic at -1 now. The oddsmakers are assuming that Prewitt is 100 percent for this game and that for sure is not the case. Prewitt says he is playing and he has dealt with the pain before. I dont understand how a ligament can be torn and he can still play. It must be a hyperextension, either way he is playing hurt and story for asu is 99 percent chance is out. A healthy Prewitt and asu rolls, he isnt healthy i still say cal

down to 5 unts: Cal +2.5
7 units: Arizona -3.5
7 units Ore +4
3 units: Ore St +13

Cal -2.5 at ASU: Read above info: I am hoping this line moves 3 points in the asu's favor and closes at asu +2 or 3, i would like a middle real bad. I think when word hits that Prewitt is not 100 percent money flies on the bears. CAUTION: IF PREWITT IS NOT AFFECTED BY THIS INJURY ASU WILL COVER.. PLAY FOR A MIDDLE HERE

Stanford at UA: Front pag of espn website talks all about the demise of the cardinal. It will continue on the road at the mckhale cente. PREDICTION: STANFORD loses last four regular season games (2 more) and loses first round of pac-10 tourney and may miss ncaa tourney. Free Fallin' play ARIZONA -3.5

Ore +4 at USC: USC has no home court advantage. The advantage here is Oregeon doesnt have tthe home court advantage. Sam Clancy and his 1.9 gpa are in a must win game and wont come through. Play the Quacks and the points and cash in your winning ticket.

Ore St +13 at UCLA: UCLA has no unity and will take the Beeavs lightly. Probably will be losing this game at half time before escaping with a slim 5 to 10 point victory.

Being an SC Alum, I know what you are talking about regarding Home Court Adv. I was there during the Harold Miner years & we were lucky to get 5,000 out for a game.

However, they have already sold 12,000 tix to tonights game. The crowd will be loud & I think they will have a HC adv tonight.

I have no idea how the game will turn out, I just wanted to let you know what I knew about tonights crowd. GL.

thanks z2000 that is good info.... does it take a conferance championship caliber game to sell out for the trojans? just like asu no support unless the rival comes in or has big significnace. I still like oregeon in this one

Pretty much.

Bibby is doing some great things for SC BB. I thought after the elite 8 appearance last year that the crowds would turn out. It didnt happen.

They had some good crowds for Arizona & UCLA. It's kind of funny, this BB team is performing better than the FB team has the last 10 years, but people still dont show. Oh well.
