CSF -180
Stanford +150

Pressure is on CSF after losing yesterday. CSF is the better overall team, but it's down to one game now. Any thoughts?

I will look into the pitching matchup when I get home from work around 5:30.

P.S. Scoop, where you at?

LL,

Laying off this one tonight I think Stanford will be playing some good ball, but Cal St is just too tough and I am not going to take a chance with that much chalk.....

My largest play of the entire CWS tonight:

Gotta take Fullerton even though they are laying the huge number. Have their ace pitching and Stanford had their ace pitch last night. I feel that Fullerton is the very best team in the CWS, but probably lost the CWS last night as they now have to use their ace tonight instead of game 1 of the championship series.

Fullerton is the better team in nearly all phases so laying the juice isn't fun, but shouldn't bother those who feel like I do about this team in a must win situation.

I won't play anything huge when Fullerton faces Rice as both teams are very capable of beating the other on any day. This is my huge play as there is a clear difference in quality IMO. Yes, this is baseball being played by college kids and anything can happen, but you gotta like this spot.

Gl all!

Fullerton: Windsor (11-2, 1.81 ERA)
Stanford: Manship (2-4, 3.44 ERA)

Looks like a pitching mismatch on paper. Manship is a freshman going up against junior ace Windsor. Games aren't won on paper though, they're won between the white lines. Back later with a play on this one. Thanks for your input guys!

Have increased my wager on this one to one of my largest bets of the entire year. . . in fact, it is my largest wager of the entire year, just won't be the largest return, but will be a nice chunk of change should it hit.

No matter what, I'll be cashing out 90% of my account and bet small until college football comes around.

Best of luck all!

Nice to get through the top of the 2nd to stop the bleeding. . . watched a lot of this Fullerton team and they seem to shine best in the middle innings. Despite the fact that Stanford is swinging well and have a 1 run lead, I think we'll be fine.
