The may pick up where they left off today as fernandez has been giving up some runs, but the only totals I have seen posted so far is at 12...?!?
The wind is blowing out, but the cubs would have to put up a bunch of runs or have Leiber get touched up...hmmm more research coming...

Cubs are 3-6 Over Under with wind blowing out to SW at between 10 and 20 mph.
I think we have some value here as Lieber goes 7 innning usually and Cubs at least showing some signs of cooling down. I think this total is partially inflated based on how high scoring the Houston/Chicago series was. I'll take my chances

If the stat I saw was correct, the cubs have gone over 12 6 times over the last 30 home games. You might want to check this one out yourself.

Lieber usually keeps the ball down so the wind may not effect him much anyways. Also its the "day game after night game" angle so you may see a veteran (esp the catchers) or two rest.
Total opened at 12 nearly everywhere (one place opened at 12.5), and has rapidly dropped or been shaded heavily. The range I see now is from 12.5un40 to 11.5ov15.
If I could get over 9.5 I would go for the middle . . .big. The chance to win on three different numbers (10,11,12) is bigger than I have ever seen. Pound both sides. Surely you can play one of the offshore books as well from where you live. They are all at 11.5 or higher.
