This is a big rivalry!!
DD is out of line here especially the way CT perimeter shooters are tossing bricks lately.
Neither team wants an uptempo game and Jim Boeheim will be packing a tight zone for CT.
Calhoun is not the best Xs and Os guy so his shooters better be on. Under may be a good way to go as well. CT WILL try to win with Defense. They have given an average of 57 points in last 4 games and Thabeet will block and change shots all night. I'm looking for CT to Win but closer than many think!

Yes, they definitely like uptempo........IF it is to their advantage. They are at Gampbel Pavillion tonight at Storrs ....a true home game (didn't help much v Hoyas and Mich) but JB is well aware that CT can go uptempo with him at speeds that may wear his guys out. ESPECIALLY when they have to contend with CT bigs on the boards. Check CT in 2nd half this year...They beat you up, run selectively then usually have a good half 2 to pull away. JB is known for using the zone against CT...Thats his best chance!.............Last 4 vs CT which Cuse won 2 and only lost last by 2 points
CT scored in the LOW 60s.
Check how many games with these 2 play in the 80s........not too many.... but it will depend on the dynamics of the game.....They both are capable of big numbers but I know that a track meet is NOT what Calhoun is looking for.
