Custom poker table

I have been working on this a few hours every time I get a chance. Finally I can see the end of this project.

After several trips to the hardware store, online orders, and trips to the glass shop, I am almost done.

I am ready to start another one after this with a different theme.

I still need to paint the center piece and add the lights underneath the border. Any other ideas to deck this thing out?

Nice looking table!

I made one a few years ago using a half sheet of 3/4 inch oak plywood, nipping each corner so all eight sides had the same length....

Used an elevated surface on the inside of the table, eight sides but leaving around 8 inches between the padded rail and the inset...oak trim with a black formica top and black padded rails...

Never got around to building a base, so we just use a card table underneath as a base...

Nothing nearly as involved as trey's work of art, but it looks nice and functions quite well...
