2nd round is the hardest 2 days in the ws,if you are in the winners bracket coaches play a chess match, inning by inning. cal.st has ace going today but how long is the key.
your coaches will try to keep counts down to save pitching, because it is a grind to win this, and if you arenot a smart coach you will run out of pitching. a win today and mon for the teams in the winners bracket gives them a day off then they can come back in the seni with # 2 and there floater in the wings. thats sets up if you make the championship your ace with the # 3 man next in line.
cal st went back wards took a chance against a weaker cornhusker team,so there set up is #1 today with floater in the wings, then they will throw #3 with 2 in the wing floater and then they could go # 1 in championship with # 2 and 3 being able to go 1-2 each and floater not counting you closer.
if a team gets up early and big a coach will pull them between 5-6 innings that way they can come back on a days rest, this is how college goes.
as for the losers bracket tuff to play the first 2 games where both teams are facing elimanation because each team will be so tight you couldnot squeeze a bb out of there ass.
now when you get unbeaten team against team faceine elimanation thats a good play most of the time, the longer you go out of the losers bracket the worse your pitching gets and po players wear down, catcher the most and you will see mental as well as lots of physical mistakes. and lots of stolen bases and bunts against a worn down catcher,
if i had to play would go with tulane today and georgia on monday. they have the better pitching staff bulldogs, great bullpin. miami wore tenn down physiacaly and mentaley .
good luck.

Fletcher,
That's what I like about you teacher/coachs.Once a coach, yall never stop trying to help others. The wife is a softball coach, and it will always be in her blood.
Starting this year in the MLB my plan was to play dogs. After the strike zone change and watching you play favorites I've changed my tune.
Since you probably have time now with your back, have you had any real bad years in MLB?

well not much you can do when i guy shuts out a team till the 8th and his team only could get him 1 run and 2 hits, the cards break out for 3 in the 10th to win the game, hey they did what they had to do,but so did cal.st pitcher,to bad the rest of his team didnot, monday will be tuff also remember what i said about round 2 its the hardest part of the cws,but dont fear tues and wen is the set up i spoke about teams moving through the losers bracket after a few games ,well they will be blow outs on those 2 days worse then the opening round. trust me on this,i said today this was going to be a tight game but i was going with the better pitcher. look for miami usc to be a war,its unfair that these 2 teams were put in the same bracket they should both be in the championship, one of those 2 will win it.
i think uga takes ut on monday,as far as miami/usc thats a tuff one heart says cains will have to wait and see, dont think usc can get in a slug fest with them even though sc can hit like i said, they cant swing the sticks like miami, also one other not usc has a below avg bullpen.will sleep on it might even pass and wait for the 2 up coming money days, good luck.we will come up with good cash by the end of the cws and you can bet on that. i never really talk like that about games but i know this for a fact.
