really don't play much baskets, but since i had some free time this morning, i looked at tonight's games....& found a game that i like......

a few reasons why i like this play.....
sonics trying again to win it's first division title since 1997-1998. they lead denver by 3 games.
they have dropped 8 of last 10 games, but all-star forward lewis returned wed., after missing 8 straight games. i expect a big game from him.
this is their last home game of the season. they play their last 3 games of the season at minn., at dallas, & at houston.because of this i expect an all out effort by the sonics tonight.
n.o. is playing their 3rd game of a 4 game road trip.they are 0-2 so far on this trip, with both losses by double digits.
n.o. is on a 5 game losing streak & are 7-32 on the road this year.
n.o. injuries........centers..maglorie & anderson are doubtful.....guard...deckau & forward...lynch are questionable. i wonder how motivated these players will be tonight to get well.
here is a trend that supports this play......
play against road teams (n.o.) off 2 consecutive losses by 10 points or more, playing 6 or more games in 10 days....
since 1996....78-45 ats...63%
