Dad Charged For Taking Baby To Hooters

ROCKVILLE, Md. -- The little guy was just hanging out with the big boys -- at Hooters.

Now, a Maryland dad is in trouble with the law.

Dennis Mallik faces criminal charges for allegedly taking his 3-month-old son with him to a Hooters. Police say they got a call from the Hooters manager, saying a drunk guy was trying to order a drink with a baby in his arms.

The manager refused to serve any booze to the man. Police say they found Mallik and his baby in the restaurant parking lot.

The infant was taken into protective custody and later released to a family member.


Mallik has been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a child and endangering a baby while intoxicated.

This thurs. night the girls and I went out after our game. Chickie and Petes its a local bar that 7 days a week is crazy packed. There are 2 bars inside where you can eat and drink and then there is the patio outside with another huge bar.needless to say outside is not for eating its just a bar but I seen this man dragging his 3 maybe 4 yearold threw the bar:shrug: It was disgraceful if you ask me. I'm glad that bar tender reported the guy at Hooters 3 months old "thats just sick"
