Apparently Tampa and Parcells had a deal signed sealed and delivered, and he backed out last year. Apparently Tampa still owns the rights to Parcells!!! And he and Dallas had no right to Flirt!!!
I heard that Tampa Bay does not have a tampering case against Dallas because they never submitted a signed contract between them & Parcells to the league office
