Danica act getting old

Did she get screwed by Briscoe? Yes
Did she have a right to bitch about it? Yes

She had NO right to walk down pit road while a race was going on. Her main purpose was to draw attention to herself. She just doesn't get it and never will. She is not above the sport, she is below it.

Please come to NASCAR.
Someone in Nascar will punch her and say welcome to a man's world.

I agree. That was ridiculous. She keeps approaching guys looking for a scrap knowing she won't get slugged and knowing she's going to get all the attention. She's awsome, but she needs to wake up sometimes and realize where she is.

I do like Danica a lot but unless something really out of line happens, there's no need for that.

Its one of those no-win situations on both sides. If she were to get into a fight with another driver, then she's going to look like she's "tough" and "scrappy", but no guy is going to actually hit her and if they do, they will get their ass kicked on the spot by anyone around and forever be labeled the bad guy.

On the other hand, even if Danica is "tough" and "scrappy", which she probably is, again...whatever she does will be backed up by everyone looking out for "the girl" so while "he" can't win, neither can "she".

There's nothing wrong with her being in the sport, but for the most part she needs to realize its a different game when it comes to altercations.

I do wish she had won today, I had $10 on it. I also wish she would go to Nascar. I think that would be cool. I like Nascar and other than Danica, not a big fan of Indy.

i don't know much about racing but it seems unfair since she has thrown punches before correct?

the other drivers seem to be in a lose lose situation, She needs to control her self and lose with a little more class even though she got screwed

I like her less and less each race.........which is pretty tough since I didn't care much at all for her in the first place. I'd pay to see her protected lil ass lose some teeth by getting decked in the chops

Well punches are never thrown in motor sports,just in your face action with a shove here and there.Sometimes a smack across the helmet which lets face it is more of an insult shot than intetent to hurt.
That is what she needs. Dont want to see anyone really punch her flat out.

What was so wrong about what she did was pit road was open and she walking in other cars pits.
A lapped car could have been making a stop and she might have been mowed down or even worse the driver swerves to miss her and smacks into the wall.
SHE NEEDS TO GROW UP AND ACTUALLY WIN A RACE.
And I mean win a race by being the best car on the track, not the lucky one with fuel to spare.

Like I say, I do like Danica and want to see her succeed and win races. I don't want to see her get things b/c she is female and I also don't want to see her struggle b/c she is female.

Honestly, I know its a big deal, but at the same time its only a big deal b/c its so rare (female in racing). Its not an advantage or disadvantage...your hit the gas and turn left.

I also don't have a problem if she wants to get in someone's face (if there is a reason to. Just so long as she, and everyone else, realizes that she is fair game and can't play the victim.

Not possible in 2008, she is not fair game that is the problem a I have. In 2008 a male driver would be killed for hitting her no matter what she did to him. Everyone one would be on him, congress and all...haha
