My thoughts...
He's young, athletic, creative out of the pocket... and this yr he played with a team that was weak in the offensive line.... like ANY qb... wherever he plays, if the off line is weak, they will NOT succeed...

I'm not that up to date on the quality of Cleve's off line... or any others that may be thinking about him.

he's not a natural scrambler like Steve Young or others to a lesser degree, but he is mobile, unlike Phillip Rivers for instance... is he ready for nfl? I don't know... but he aint as bad as they looked tonight.

Imo it?s best he stay at usc and get better. Performance last night was about as awful as it gets, there have been other games this year he was terrible too

I also thought that his offensive line was a issue also as they were totally dominated ...Not sure the coaching staff was a big help either...That being said the kid will probably fall into the same place as most USC QB's in the NFL, lot of hype not much substance ...Avg at best in the NFL IMO...

Don't know if he's NFL ready right now or not, but after that performance last night, his stock had to have dropped significantly. He should stay in school and build up his NFL value for next year's draft.

I just pray the Jets don?t draft him. Rather have Lamar.

He's a good pick in the 7th round. Who you got to actually play QB? Because that motherfucker is never playing real quarterback in the NFL.

Agreed... his 4 picks today showed that he has no chance in the NFL as a QB.. but he sure can run - maybe a scat back/3rd down type back..... he could be really good in that role, I would think....

He has the size, skill set, tools, etc but so did Ryan Leaf... He's not ready. There is a strong QB class coming out. He'd be wise to return to USC, play for a NC contender, be in the running for the Heisman, then come out as the #1 pick.

If he declares this draft, he's 3rd round or lower after last night.

Hell, he was the MVP for Ohio State!! [emoji44]
