Oakland Athletics -105:yup
Betting on Oakland for many of the same reasons I gave in my post on Monday. Today's match-up has a few more intangibles that warrant a wager on the Athletics. Bartolo Colon has to be one of the biggest surprises in the Majors this year with the way he has pitched. Oakland is 8-3 in his starts this year & have given him good run-support. The "Fat Man" has been especially tough lately giving up ZERO(0) earned runs in his last 2 starts throwing a complete game shut-out just 5 days ago. Has only given up 2 earned runs in his last 24 innings of work. Brewer's starter Yovani Gallardo on the other hand is not fooling many hitters this year. Has been hit extra hard lately giving up 12 earned runs in his last 15 innings of work. Oakland is 4-2 while Milwaukee is 2-6 in Inter-League games so far & the Brew Crew are just 6-14 in Day Games. The best reason to bet on the Oakland Athletics today is...the Milwaukee Brewers won their game for the week last night.:lol:

Dickey's "Knuckler" has not been "Knuckling" as well this year & I believe San Francisco will score against him much like everyone else has. Zito pitches well @ AT&T Park(1.40 ERA) & the Giants are 7-0 in his home starts. Toronto has struggled scoring runs away from home & the Blue Jays are just 4-11 when going up against Left-Handed starters.
