Debit1 Card?

has anyone used this method of withdrawal with a book before? some of the books that I use have this type of withdrawal method, and one book even took the liberty of sending me the card first, all I had to do was fill out the info and send it back, but back then I was still fine with using neteller...but with our current situation I'm looking for new ways to withdraw...

from what I've read, I believe it just acts like a reloadable debit cash card...was just curious to know if anyone has used this method...

I have an 'Internet Cash Card', never used it at an ATM because of the fee's... It was a few years ago, SBG Global. Did use it a couple of times to transfer back and forth. One big hit and I had them send me a check, bank was in Chicago best I recall. May well be the way of the future
