Defense wins when they have the QB and offense to stay on field longer than thier defense the better QB is Manning with a vastly improved defense last 4 games while seahwks defense got blistered in two playoff games for more yards than thier offense gained
IF defense alone wins Chamionship then why did the bears superior Defense get buried in 2006 by the lower ranked putrid defense of Mannings Colts
I'll take a modicome 17Th ranked defense with the championship QB who can control the clock and confuse the young rookie defense of seahawks
Plus with a Haed Caoch that has been to the super bowl and i also think thier DC Del Rio was in bowl or hevy playoff experience with at laest 8 players been in playoffs many years and superbowl winners and been to superbowls vs a team with very little playoof experience and HC and asst.'s that have never set foot in the Bowl

You should have seen this prior to the game scrapman. A slow weak armed non scrambling qb had no chance against a real defense. No different than a boxer getting 16 easy fights to build him up and overinflate him before meeting the #1 fighter.
